PURPOSEThe Coast Guard Spouses' Club of Washington, DC (CGSCDC) is a social and philanthropic club. Our mission is to provide a friendly atmosphere to support the morale and well-being of our club members and to provide charitable and social activities for their enjoyment. Organized under IRC 501(c)7, the club provides camaraderie and support to military spouses throughout the National Capital Region and surrounding areas, including, but not limited to D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. | CLUB EVENTS

Our Event Philosophy
Our social calendar usually includes activities unique to the nation’s capital and the diversity of our membership. Our annual Welcome Aboard hosted by the Commandant and our Holiday Tour of the White House are two of our most popular events.
Through Zip Code Connections and general membership meetings, we offer a variety of daytime, evening, weekend, and child-friendly events to provide our members with participation options.
Just as the Coast Guard is a small but mighty service, our club reflects that same character. We sponsor several philanthropic projects and fundraising activities that benefit both military and civilian families and award multiple academic scholarships to local Coast Guard dependents.
